  • Condition: The perfume must be in its original packaging, and the seal should remain intact. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on final sale or promotional discounts that are clearly marked as non-returnable.
